How your information is used.

Information you send

Corporate inquiries submitted on this website are processed by Formspree and sent to Ken and Victor at 25 South Travel. This includes your contact details, company and trip requirements. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not include traveler identity documents, payment-card details or medical information.

Travel inquiries submitted on this website are processed by Formspree and sent to our team. We use Travefy for travel planning and client services. Providing a phone number does not by itself give consent to text messages; the optional SMS checkbox records your separate choice.

Website activity

The site records limited conversion events, such as when someone clicks a planning button, phone number, email address, supplier link, or successfully submits a form. These records include the event, page, and time. The conversion tracker does not collect the personal information entered in a form.

Newsletter signup

The newsletter form sends your first name, last name, email address, and selected travel interest to Google Forms in the background. Google processes the submission and makes it available to our team in a linked response spreadsheet. 25 South Travel may use that information to send occasional travel updates and offers based on the topic you selected. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time.

Sharing and sales

25 South Travel does not sell your personal information. We may provide information to Travefy, travel suppliers, and service providers as needed to answer your request, operate our services, or arrange travel. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties for their own use. Service providers may process this information only on our behalf to collect consent and deliver our messages.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you select our optional, unchecked SMS consent box, 25 South Travel may text you about your travel inquiry, booking, itinerary, and customer service. Message frequency varies. We retain your phone number, consent choice, disclosure version and wording, source page, and submission record to document your choice and honor opt-outs. Our form provider processes these records for us. A declined checkbox is not consent, and inquiry submissions do not enroll you in promotional texts.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide service, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete inquiry information that 25 South Travel controls. Some booking, payment, supplier, or legal records may need to be retained by 25 South Travel, a supplier, or another service provider under their own requirements.
