Information you send

Planning buttons on this website open a public Tern form. Information entered there, such as your trip title, dates, name, and email address, is processed by Tern and made available to Victor so he can respond and provide travel-planning services. Tern may save responses while you complete the form. Do not enter passport, payment-card, employee-ID, or medical information in the initial request.

Website activity

The site records limited conversion events, such as when someone clicks a planning button, phone number, email address, supplier link, or successfully submits a form. These records include the event, page, and time. The conversion tracker does not collect the personal information entered in a form.

Newsletter signup

The newsletter form sends your first name, last name, email address, and selected travel interest to Google Forms in the background. Google processes the submission and makes it available to Victor in a linked response spreadsheet. 25 South Travel may use that information to send occasional travel updates and offers based on the topic you selected. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time.

Sharing and sales

25 South Travel does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with Tern, KVI Travel, travel suppliers, or service providers only when needed to answer your request, operate the website, or arrange travel. Tern’s own practices are described in its privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide service, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. You may ask Victor to delete inquiry information that 25 South Travel controls. Some booking, payment, supplier, or legal records may need to be retained by KVI Travel, a supplier, or another service provider under their own requirements.
