Travel inquiries

Submitting an inquiry does not make a reservation, guarantee availability, or commit you to a purchase. Prices, availability, payment deadlines, cancellation rules, and supplier terms will be provided for your review before a booking commitment.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

25 South Travel offers optional text messages about your travel inquiry, booking, itinerary, and customer service. By checking the SMS consent box and submitting the form, you agree to receive these messages at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing your number or accepting these terms alone does not enroll you.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. This consent does not include promotional or marketing texts.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to stop text messages. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help or call 888-670-4511. You can also ask our team to stop texts. To opt in again, submit a new consent request through our inquiry form.

Delivery and your number

Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Provide a number you control and let us know if it changes. Do not send payment-card information, passports, or medical details by text. Text messaging is not an emergency service.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or transfer SMS consent or share it for another party’s marketing. Providers may process consent and messages only to perform services on our behalf. Read our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
